Tarzan, Lord of the Jungle, (a.k.a. Jeff Drazan) is on RocketOn's Board of Directors. He is the Managing Director of Bertram Capital. He oversees Business Services, Manufacturing & Operations and Technology investments. He was previously a co-founder and Managing Director of Sierra Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm with $1.5 billion under management. Prior to Sierra, he served in a variety of operations and R&D management positions at both AT&T and Bell Laboratories. He has served as a Director of Centex Telemanagement (CNTX - Acquired by MFS), Stratacom (STRM - Acquired by Cisco), On Assignment (ASGN), Micromuse (MUSE - Acquired by IBM), ConvergeNet (Acquired by Dell), Combinet (Acquired by Cisco), Quinta (Acquired by Seagate), Vertel (VRTL), ParAcer (Acquired by Stratos Lightwave), FrontBridge (Acquired by MicroSoft), Sychip (Acquired by Murata), Micro Power (Acquired by Westin Presidio) and Digital Generation Systems (DGIT). He currently serves as a Director of numerous public and private companies, including American Fiber Systems, Valere Power, Theravance (THRX), Element Labs, and AuthorHouse.

Silicon Samurai (a.k.a. Michael Banks) is also on RocketOn's Board of Directors. Michael is the Sr. Vice President of DE Shaw's Venture Group. Before joining DE Shaw, he was the Managing Director of Steamboat Ventures. Michael was also the Managing Director of Palisades Ventures. The D. E. Shaw group is a global investment and technology development firm with more than 1,300 employees; approximately $35 billion in aggregate investment capital as of November 1, 2007; and offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Since its organization in 1988, the firm has earned an international reputation for financial innovation, technological leadership, and an extraordinarily distinguished staff. The firm has a significant presence in many of the world's capital markets, investing in a wide range of companies and financial instruments within both the major industrialized nations and a number of emerging markets. Its activities range from the deployment of investment strategies based on either mathematical models or human expertise to the acquisition of existing companies and the financing or development of new ones.
